Pledge to doing any or all of these 10 simple commitments in the fight against cancer!
  1. Walk for 30 minutes
  2. Eat a green vegetable at every meal
  3. Incorporate sunblock into your morning routine
  4. Commit to stop smoking. Call 800-ACS-2345 for guidance
  5. Schedule an appointment for a preventative screening or consult your physician.
  6. Sign up for Cancer Prevention Study #3
  7. Ask your employer to go "Smoke Free"
  8. Remind a family member or friend to schedule a preventative screening.
  9. Sign up a Making Strides Against Breast Cancer team.
