Please help the American Cancer Society finish the fight against cancer.
Join us at the American Cancer Society The Big Dig on June 14, 2020, for a one-of-a-kind day, unique fundraising event that provides a festive, fair-like atmosphere for children in the community and their families, as well as sponsors and ticket holders! Spend the day with us by operating real-life construction equipment, on machines such as bulldozers, tractors, graders, and excavators!
There will also be many vendors and interactive activities including trampolines, a dinosaur dig site, and more! Local food trucks from the Seattle area will be there. A big thank you to Kangley Rock & Recycling of Maple Valley, WA for hosting the American Cancer Society for the THIRD year in a row! With your support, the American Cancer Society saves lives by helping people stay well and get well, by finding cures, and by fighting back against cancer. In 2019, you helped us raise $71,100!
The American Cancer Society is working to finish the fight against every cancer in every community. We are the largest private, nonprofit funder of cancer research in the United States, investing more than $4 billion since 1946. Thanks in part to our contributions, more than 1.5 million lives have been saved in the US in the past two decades. Now, that is a reason to celebrate, so please join us.
We hope to see you there!
For more than 100 years, The American Cancer Society has been leading the fight to end cancer. With your support, we have helped usher in an era where more people survive cancer than ever before. By translating our research findings into action, we've seen a 20% decline in US cancer death rates since the early 1990s.
